3. "No Ribbon Detected" Error
Possible Causes:
① Ribbon chip lifted → Press it down firmly.
② Non-original ribbon (e.g., not PUTY produced for PT-66DC) → Replace with genuine ribbon.
③ New ribbon still not detected → Return for factory repair.
4. Paper Not Feeding
Possible Cause:
Foreign object stuck in gear mechanism
Solution:
✅ Check printing environment and remove any debris blocking the gears.
5. No Power / Charging Failure / No Paper or Ribbon Detection
Possible Cause:
Moisture/water damage corroding motherboard components
Solution:

② Take-up spool too tight (mechanical issue)
Solution:
✅ For ①: Clean adhesive residue
✅ For ②: Return the printer to factory for inspection and repair (include the adapter)
12. Frozen /Crashed/Unresponsive Printer
Emergency Reset:
Locate RESET pinhole near USB port
